Kyle Moreno ’13 Gets Creative With Pseudo Open House
With the pandemic dashing the hopes of KDM Studios LA holding its third annual in-person Open House, studio owner Kyle Moreno ’13 had to get creative and took to social media to host a virtual Open House instead.
Each day throughout the month of August, Moreno posted samples of his art, design and photography work via Instagram. He specializes in luxury product photography within the fashion, beauty and tech industries and has a growing list of clients, including Los Angeles Magazine, the Los Angeles Times, Movado and Orlane Paris.
The former Hannon Theatre alum graduated from USC’s Roski School of Art and Design and earned a BFA in Photography in 2017. His work has been featured in the Huffington Post Online, The Tidings newspaper and Stories Collective Magazine and has also been on display in locations such as the U.S. Capitol Building, U.S. Congressional Offices in Washington, DC and Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Downtown Los Angeles. The Moreno family was actively involved during their time at Loyola and continue to attend Loyola events.
