Interchange 49: With a Little Help from Our Friends… We Did It!

On March 27th, Loyola celebrated Interchange 49: Magical Mystery Tour and it was a raving success in both bringing our community together and raising funds for financial aid at Loyola.

While it was a non-traditional event, we were blessed to once again have many generous supporters spend the day bidding on our exciting silent auction items. In the evening, the live auction broadcast was hosted by Ellen K of KOST 103.5, alumnus Melvin Robert ’01 of Spectrum News 1 and President Fr. Greg Goethals, SJ ’73.

After the final deluxe package was won, the neighborhood tour stops opened for food, photos and plenty of smiles. Guests finished their evening by coming to Loyola for a drive-thru photo booth and a ‘Rah-Rah Row’ full of faculty, staff and students. The magical night was capped off by a spin through Hayden Circle, awash in color, light and music. It was a way for us to Come Together and ‘Cub’ Together during these unique times.

Thank you to all of our sponsors, donors, tour stop hosts, bidders and volunteers, for your tremendous support of Interchange and for making a meaningful difference in the lives of our young men. It only could happen ‘With a Little Help from Our Friends.’
