Career Day 2020 Recap
Campus was bustling on Friday, March 6th, as over 50 guest speakers (and 30 alumni) came back to speak at Loyola High School Career Day. The annual event, spearheaded by Mrs. Yoojin Han and Mrs. Carol Hampson of the Counseling Department, brought guest speakers and alumni from a multitude of fields back on campus to speak to our junior class (Class of 2021). Prior to the event, students were asked to first select fields in which they might be interested in exploring in the future, and then they were later placed in sessions that featured alumni in those particular professions.

Many fields were represented that day, from medicine, architecture, business, broadcasting, accounting, PR, entertainment, law, marketing and psychology to music, education, computer science, dentistry, public affairs, photography, film/theater production, law enforcement, real estate development, all types of engineering and so much more.
A big thank you to all of our alumni who came back to share their experiences with current students. It was an incredibly valuable opportunity for our Cubs to learn from other Cubs, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
