Danny O’Neil, son of alum Chris O’Neil ’68 and cousin of Colin O’Neil ’93, recalls the strong Cub connection of his father’s classmates. After Chris had passed away when Danny was 12, a pair of his Loyola classmates—Rob Morrell ’68 and Jim Kelly ’68—began looking out for Danny and his two siblings and have continued to do so ever since. Danny mentions them in his podcast and also speaks about the passing of his mother and his love for sports.
